These are excellent cased for the small Carson microscopes. They make several versions for the various versions of the microscopes from Carson, so pay attention that you are ordering the correct one for your microscope. They are very sell fitted for the model they're intended for, and include a separate storage area for accessories, like batteries, phone mounts, etc. I find these do a great job of protecting the microscope during travel or just keeping everything together during storage. If you buy a Carson microscope, I highly recommend adding one of these to go with it.

Works great, everything that should, fits. Perfect for stowing in my trail bag.

Takes a bit to hold it steady with cell phone attached and adjust image but has potential. As a self contained portable microscope, it’s pretty good.

If you are going to carry a Carson MicroFlip into the field - you may as well protect it. This case is great.

Great for taking with you into the field. The case is a bit thick, but it protects the microscope well. Image is great and the LED is perfectly placed. I can tell they put serious thought into this product. I had a friend pull one out during a sed-strat lab and knew I needed to get one for myself. Black light is a bit dim for using out in the bright sun, but works just fine indoors. Works with glasses, but you'll have an easier time if you throw in your contacts.

This case serves its purpose.

I like that it fits perfectly in the case. The only hesitation I have isn’t really about the case, it’s about the button on the side of the microscope that turns it on. It’s so easy to push and turn it on. If I place too much into the case or put the phone clip adapter that came with the microscope on the wrong side inside the case, the pressure from closing the case pushes the button and turns the microscope on. The case isn’t the problem, it’s the too easy to press button!!

This is not a perfect fit for the microscope. There's enough room inside for the microscope to slide around increasing likelihood of damage. The excessive size of the case defeats the purpose of a portable microscope as it makes it too bulky and unconventional to carry. Construction is fine if you want to use it for any purpose other than carrying the pocket microscope.

Well made. A solid construction, padded and good stitching. However, this is far too big for the Carson MM-300 MicroBrite Plus 60 -120x LED Lighted Pocket Microscope. It could have been 2/3rds the size and still have plenty of room. If you are carrying this around it will be a bit big for your pocket. Check the dimensions first to see if it would be of use.
