great beans
Very happy with this purchase. Cannellini Beans are referred to as white kidney beans. Non- toxic; no pre-boil required.Cook well in crockpot for appx. 6.5 hours. Fresh and delicious; highly recommend.

Clean, flavorful beans.
Clean, flavorful beans; have just made a wonderful spread with the beans, leeks, garlic, lemon rind, fresh oregano, and dry vermouth.

Delicious, Clean, Intact Beans, Very Little Agricultural Debris
These were the most intact and uniform cannellini beans we've found. None were broken. Only one single bean didn't appear perfect in the entire two pounds. We were impressed by how little debris was in the bag - none was visible - just a little sediment settling in the rinse water container. We soak them for eight hrs and then cook for 10 minutes in the pressure cooker with garlic and rosemary, black pepper, Celtic salt, and sometimes red chilies and tomatoes. They're popular with everyone - young and old. Delicious with baked sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach, green onions, and shallots, cauliflower & carrots.

Received old beans
Bought these because the local markets don't seem to have any Cannellini beans, dried or canned. But the pack I received is old, beans are shriveled and hard to cook a consistent pot of beans. Some are over cooked and paste and some are still hard. A disappointing purchase.
