Odysea Pine and Fir Tree Raw Honey, 250g

Beautiful tasting honey, high in manganese. I’m fussy with my honey and this tastes lovely and rich! For those that appreciate a fragrant taste will love this. Great value too. It’s a small pot but a little goes a long way as it’s so potent. It’s extremely thick/ heavy but in a good way… like it’s just come out of the beehive! Comes well packaged too, in bubble wrap. I have this on subscribe, I love it so much.

Omg this honey, since I bought it, has been a valuable purchase. It tastes nothing like stores bought, who barely has real honey and more sugar added. This has transformed my cooking. After you've cooked BBQ chicken, add one tablespoon of this raw honey, it becomes even more delicious. Definitely recommend and I will buy it from Amazon from now on.

I wasn’t completely sure about the taste when I tried my first spoonful, but it’s really grown on me. The texture is much thicker than cheap supermarket honey, and it does tend to crystallise slightly. I noticed a few reviewers complaining about this, but from what I’ve read, crystallisation is actually a good sign. It happens because raw honey still contains natural pollen, wax particles, and enzymes that act as “crystal starter points,” and it hasn’t been heated or ultra‑filtered to prevent the process. Overall, great honey. I just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Delicious honey. Best I’ve had. Bit confused why people are complaining about it crystallising, it’s natural honey! That what us does. I just simply place to pot into hot water, turns running! I buy frequently.

seems to be cheapest of the real honeys around. A thick consistency but tastes of real honey and has some complexity and is very different from the cheap honeys that are partly made up of non-EU honey. I'm not a foodie so my opinion may not count for much but this seems to be a honey worth buying. Quality is not cheap and if you want the real thing you've got to pay for it.

I love this honey above others. Taste is excellent and not too expensive for a quality honey.

To be fair, taste is a preference. I didn't like the taste of this honey. The pine element flavour gave it an aftertaste which was slightly bitter. I did like it was organic and not a blend, but for me I won't buy again as I can't get used to the taste .. However others might, give it a go. But I can't recommend it, hence the three stars... But nothing wrong with it bar that I didnt like the flavour
