Folks, a Wii wheel literally doesn't have to do anything but line up with the controller buttons. Other than that they have no mechanisms that need to be hooked up, there are no batteries, and it's essentially a piece of plastic. That being said, controllers fit in this and they do what they're supposed to do. Best deal out there and worth the fun that 8 people can have playing Mario kart 8. Seriously, do not overlook these unless you want to waste money.

I bought this 2 piece bundle and got an excellent deal. However, it didn't come with ANY directions or a picture so I had to look up how to use this on the internet. It is very simple but I didn't know what way remote was supposed to go in to play. Anyway- product is fine. Kids LOVE it for playing Mario Kart. However, one of our Wii remotes (A skylander one) is smaller than the original wii remote we had. Be aware that there are some versions of the remote that are too small and when turned upside down they will fall out of the steering wheel. Thankfully, it is still usable but you cannot invert the wheel.

They were fun while they lasted. Didn’t seem to want to work with brand new batteries and seem to drain the batteries fast. Didn’t align well with the sensor and the material felt cheap..

If you play any racing games on the wii, and you prefer to play with the motion controls, these are a must-have. They make driving in games like mario kart considerably easier, and they're alot of fun. My friends and I always fight over who gets to use the wheels, so i might have to place an order for two more here soon. The pieces are well built and will last for however long you need them. I'm glad i purchased these.

Great price and works very well with the controller. No electronics here, just a holder for the remote so not much that can go wrong with this. Would recommend.

The glass panel at the side of the wheel prevented my controller from communicating with the sensor. Had to take out the small glass panel before the wheel/sensor can work.
