Firm nibs, highly pigmented
I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. I have recently been working on improving my hand lettering skills and realised that I needed to try some different pens. The nibs on these pens are firmer than what I have been using and this has made all the difference to the ease in which I am able to produce attractive letters. The ink is highly pigmented which is a relief after trying several other types of black pen and being disappointed. The range of nib thicknesses is very good. The finer ones are my favourites as I find them easier to control when producing thick and thin strokes. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pens suitable for brush or hand lettering.

Nib size
Lovely pens. But there should have two of each sized nib. Instead, there was only one each of the super fine, fine, and medium, and then 3 of the brush sized nib.

I bought these pens to train my calligraphy again. As a former designer, I have plenty experience with this types of pens and I have to admit I wasn't expecting such a good product, as I didn't pay even half of what I would usually pay for a professional set, so I am very satisfied. They are well built, the paint flow is consistent throughout the drawing, no gap marks, very lightweight and for my surprise, it doesn't stain the other side of paper easily. Personal opinion: Great value for your money, well build, professional experience.

What a set of nicely tip Calligraphy pens, used for writing, and some great drawing. Did you know that these pen are ink refillable, even though I have not tried that side as yet😊👍
