Very easy to work with and clearly good quality. I mainly use it for bread and the results are great. Packaging is solid.

I use this to make seitan at home and found it works well. The bag is a bit awkward to reseal so I just fold it and use a bag clip. Have bought this several times as it is good value for money.

If you're looking at this then you know about vital wheat gluten and why you want it, so I won't go into that. Suffiec to say that I use this product to make seitan and have bought this brand multiple times as it is a reasonable price and good quality. Crucially for my household, this has no warnings on about nut traces so we can actually use it in a house with someone with a severe nut allergy. (This can be rare in the wholefoods world where MANY products have such warnings!)

NKD vital wheat gluten is consistent and reliable and is a good price. The big plus for vegans is that it has a massive 82% protein content... BTW, seitan isn't just reserved for vegans... It's got a great texture and flavour when made properly and can be enjoyed by anyone... give it a try and judge for yourself.
