**Q: Can I write on this with a marker?**
A: No problem. You can write on it.

**Q: Will this tape diffuse LED lighting?**
A: I very much doubt it as the three rolls I received had such poor adhesion that the tape would not stay put.

**Q: What is the thickness of this tape in mil?**
A: not sure of the correct measurement but it was as thick as electrical tape, it was thicker than scotch tape, but didnt stick too well though

**Q: Is the finish more matte or glossy?**
A: glossy, non-stick

It can be difficult to pull up the edges and they sometimes split but once you get it it works fine. I don’t use it for the intended purposes so not sure how it does with electrical stuff. I use it for taping color-guard equipment, if you are in colorguard I wouldn’t recommend it. It gets dirty easily, is narrow, and is dull and a bit see-through. Better to go with one that has a glossy shine, is thicker, and wider. You get a lot for a low price though
