my water is very hard and also has a high iron content and a bad smell to it , will this filter get rid of it. is there a money back gaurantee?

It works great for me ..i also utilize shower filters and a electric hot water heater rod ...most of your smell is coming from the iron hitting the magnesium rod in your hot water heater..my water is hard and would turn things orange ..this unit eliminated that ..

We have low iron and low ph, however our water is very hard (22) would the 48,000 grain system work or would the 64,000 sytem be better?

Both would work. You need to decide how long you want to go between recharge. Recharge is based on the size of your system, water hardness and amount of water you use. Recharging uses water to cleanse system.
