The tabs have worked wonderfully for organizing my binder of work. I used an acid free 28lb white paper with the tabs. Pros: 1) Easy to apply, easy to remove (depending on paper). 2) There hasn't been any damage when the tabs are removed or reapplied. 3) Easy to read. 4) Easy to grab. 5) Easy to write on. Cons: 1) Adhesive is not acid free.
