Uncomfortable, Very expensive Trial, No returns
The ZQuiet hurts the area under my tongue. I thought it might work at first but after trying for a couple of weeks I found it really isn't working well and it is still hurting under my tongue area. I tried trimming but that didn't help. I was under the impression that there was a 30 day to trial period for the device but that is not the case. So beware it's a very expensive trial since you can't return it if it doesn't work.

Worked for me
This worked like a charm for me. I’ve been using it approximately 3 months- I use size 2. I have mild sleep apnea and this is my first time using any sort of oral appliance - my doctor recommended a few brands and I decided to try Z Quiet. The first morning after using it I immediately could tell that my breathing had been better overnight. It also made a huge difference in my snoring. My wife used to kick and elbow me every night because of my horrible snoring. Now, she says most nights she doesn’t hear me snore at all, and the few times she has heard me, she said it’s about 25% of the volume that it used to be. My teeth do get mildly sore, but I only really notice it when I first wake up and it gets better pretty quickly. I’d say by 60-90 min after I wake up, I don’t feel any soreness at all. I generally don’t write reviews but I wanted to submit this one because it really has made a big difference in my life. I’m sleeping better, my wife is sleeping better, and I just feel healthier because I’m more well-rested.

For those looking to return under the 60 day trial!
There is a lot of negative reviews stating they aren’t able to return the item even though the item says it has a “60 Day risk free trial”. And I just want to clarify that you can indeed refund the item. The problem is this device goes in your mouth, so you can’t actually “return” it. They will however 100% refund you for the item. So if you go through your orders to start a “return” it won’t work. Instead just start a chat or call in to Amazon to get a “refund”. Yes, it would be a little more convenient to be able to initiate a refund through the app without contacting anyone (maybe there is and I just couldn’t find it) but it took all of 5 minutes to start a chat with a representative and have my purchase refunded. Now, to the product it’s self and why I gave 5 stars. I mainly gave 5 stars because they honored the “60 day risk free trial”. I didn’t give 6 stars because it didn’t work for me. I couldn’t in good conscious give a low star review because the product does seem to be of good quality and I can see how it might work for someone else. So, just because it didn’t work for me, doesn’t mean it won’t work for others. I mainly bought this product because unlike most I have actually had multiple sleep studies done and do in fact have a sleeping disorder. My sleep disorder is not causing the snoring, but from the sleep studies I have proved I don’t have sleep apne. So I’m 100% positive my snoring is a result of sleeping on my back, mouth open, and swallowing my tongue. So this product could work for me, however, it just won’t stay in my mouth. After about a month of use, no matter what, my wife keeps waking me up to roll over so I stop snoring, and I find I have spit the device out of my mouth. Yes like others have stated, it does make your teeth a little sore, and that part does get better over time. I just can’t keep the thing in my mouth. So unfortunately it’s time to try something else. Ps: I will say though that the nasal dilators work really well! I swear my nose is chronically stuffed and feel like my nose airway is always restricted but I can immediately feel a massive difference with the dilators in.

Does not work and 60 day guarantee not honored
I bought this for my husband and it did not work. The mouthpieces are loose and falls out. Does not stop the snoring. The mouth guard from the orthodontist works but this one does not. We contacted the company for the 60 day guarantee but it was not honored because the purchase was on Amazon.

Does Not Work, Poor Quality, and NoT Returnable!!’
I am disappointed in the quality of this anti-snore mouth piece. First of all, it is quite expensive and it is not returnable according to Amazon. Second, it is just too flimsy to hold your jaw in the anti-snore position. This did not work for me and I am out $80!! Lame

Made me lose sleep.
I personally have a couple issues with these products. The theory of operation is that the guard uses the fixed top jaw to hold the bottom jaw in place. This caused me 2 issues. 1. My mouth falls open when I sleep, so when that happens, the leverage on the top jaw is lost and my bottom jaw can still move back. 2. When I focused on keeping my mouth closed on the guard all night, the constant pull on my top teeth left my teeth pretty sore, as well as seemed to move them enough so that they would have to shift back throughout the next day. I had a lot of orthodontic work done as a kid, so it could be that my teeth are not anchored as well as others, but I feel like this was enough pressure that it could cause issues for others. I also tried the nasal dialators. They seemed to work, but where the plastic was contacting the inside of my nostrils and where it clip on the front, got tender enough that when I would move my nose, or my nose would touch my pillow(side sleeper), it would hurt a little bit. So those were a no go for me also.
