This is a perfect tool for nut cracking! No matter which kind of nuts, big or small, it cracks them in minimum efforts. Even my 6years old can use it. Good quality, though the paint came off on the inside of it, but again it works great!

Works well, with very little effort. Ergonomic and easy to use. Looks good on the table also. Cracks perfect pecans.

I have two almond trees. People talk about walnuts being hard to crack. Walnuts have nothing on almonds. After almost immediately breaking not one, but two of the old fashioned nut crackers, I realized I need to up my game. I love the sleek lines of this nut cracker. It fits easily in my hand. And it cracks nuts, even almonds. Just not easily. To avoid damaging the “meat” the nut has to be aligned perfectly. My husband’s of medium build, but his hands are too big to manage this feat. I also found there was a lot of kickback when the shell finally cracked. I am apparently a slow learner because I have bruises from mid thigh to half way up my chest from the kickback. My husband, obviously a faster learner, also experienced a kickback that resulted in a reaction worthy of the $10,000 prize on America’s Funniest Home Videos. This may explain why his fingers became too large to handle the almonds. Bottom line, I highly recommend this product for softer shelled nuts. It’s beautiful and easy to handle. Keep looking if you need to crack large nuts or those with harder shells.

I have one previously that I bought in Sweden but with another name and three times the price. This one is identical and also made in Sweden. These nutcrackers are the best, especially for smaller nuts, but do work also for walnuts. Very easy to use, even for children. And do not crush the nut inside, only the shell. I have tried many types of nutcrackers, these ones are by far the best.

Coolest nutcracker ever! I am not usually a fan of nutcrackers as I am not much of a "nut" person, but this nutcracker has changed my life. I can eat walnuts, almonds, pecans and hazelnuts easily with minimal shell debris. I will probably use this nutcracker for the rest of my life as it seems to be easy on the old hand joints. Plus it is ultra sleek and, may I say, flashy at the same time. This is, without doubt, the best purchase i have ever made on Amazon.

I’m sure this device works smashingly with softer shelled nuts. I purchased because they said it was more than capable to open mac nuts. This did not work in my case. We live, we learn. Xoxo

'Tis the season for eating nuts and our family was using the traditional nutcracker shaped like a V. The result was shells flying all over the house and mutilated nuts. Enter this Landtom Premium Nutcracker and it changed our whole experience. This nutcracker is amazing! Walnuts, pecans, even Brazil nuts were cracked with ease, and came out in whole pieces, rather than crumbs that had to be scraped out of broken shells. My kids are eating healthy nuts, rather than reaching for crackers or chips, because it's so easy to use. Seems pretty sturdy too. Can't recommend more!
