A big edge at that too... Easy to swallow tablet. Initially, they work fairly quickly for me & as my body starts to take them in properly they really do kick in... I have no gallbladder & have no reaction thankfully to these tablets, however, everyone is different so please check/ research for yourself to see if they are suitable for you...My problem is they work well & without realising it I've stopped taking them because I've no hunger pangs & then Oops i best start taking them again which tells me once I've acquired my weight loss it will be easier to keep off & then take them as instructed again. It's a big bonus that they are value for money & affordable.. For me personally i get no jitters & for someone with an over active sweet tooth they keep those urges at bay an considerable amount... I havd been taking these for over a week following the instructions on the packet. They havd absolutely 0 effect on my appetite or energy levels.

Been taking these for around 3 weeks and think they have to kick in a bit first, but yes working for me ,l do usually feel sick with hunger when dieting and so far haven’t had that feeling although few days did feel hungry but not sickly , but l will say l miss the not eating l felt the need to have something like a soup , but it wasn’t through hunger …if that makes any sense to you

I'm amazed that this actually works - on the days I forget to take it my tummy becomes rumbly and I get low blood sugar, which in the past stopped me from dieting successfully. But with these pills it really does help you go longer without snacking! When researching if these ingredients are safe, I found out that phenylalannine is actually good for the brain of MS patients and can make symptoms better, so another added bonus. I wish they contained half the vit C per pill, as you are close to your daily total with 1, and you take 2 pills twice a day. I also wish they didn't include caffeine (green tea) as I don't like getting too jittery from having too much. But other than that I think these are great. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with stopping snacking. They won't completely take your hunger away (I still want to eat 3 times a day), but they will stop you snacking and help you feel fuller for longer if taken just before a meal.

I was very disappointed with the statement made that appetite would be diminished,,,, For me it was a very poor performance of the ability of the capsule.

Don't waste your money. They do not work
