Great value for money. This particular weight of 10Ib and dimensions fit perfectly in my GoRuck.

Brought primarily for rucking as it’s easier than trying to load a rucksack with traditional weight plates. Compact and true to weight; nice fit in a backpack; shape and size distribute the weight evenly. Also used for training such as flatbed carry, etc. Nice addition to my training equipment. Absolute value for money.

As described, heavy, handle at either end. Does what is says. Well worth the money.

Great bit of kit. Fits nicely in the rear pocket of a bug out bag so no need for another rucksack.

Not disappointed

The plates are solid, and the hand holds are of a decent size, allowing for a firm grip even with large hands and slightly sweaty. Used for tabbing and secured in a pack with a towel to protect the lower back and works great, just slide in and go.

Really helpful if you'd like to add weight to your walks. Flat for ease of use.

Slipping this thing into the rucker like it was meant to be, except much cheaper!?

Besides just using it as a ruck I also use it for other exercises
