Way cheaper and easier than running separate wires or hot water. Measure carefully before you order, you can easily trim the length, but can’t trim the width. I paired it with a Suntouch programmable thermostat, excellent. I installed this myself, so it was a fairly inexpensive project. I had to use a router on my subfloor to route the wiring and the thermostat sensor to the electric. I also installed 2 temp sensors.
