Schylling ABC Wooden Alphabet Blocks Toy

Very small blocks but very cute and my one year old loves them.

My 3 year old got these from her Nana for her birthday and she loves them. She builds with them and is learning to recognize her alphabet. My almost 5 year old steals them away every chance she gets, like when little sister is still down for a nap. The pictures on the blocks are way better than when I was a kid, more colorful, but mainly look like you remember. They are durable, I haven't noticed the edges being sharp or anything. The container is great because the kids make sure they fit the blocks back in there perfectly at clean-up time. A big plus because they keep up with all of the blocks that way, we haven't lost any and probably won't. They know exaclty what it supposed to look like when they are all picked up and put back in their container. Great purchase, I love toys without batteries that trigger the imagination. I learned to spell with ABC blocks when I was little, so I thought it would be a good thing to have since "Nana" seems to have lost my old set.

These are smaller than they appear in the photos, however my one year old grand-daughter loves them. Perhaps the smaller size allows her to more easily grasp them (more than one at a time). She seems to like the sound they make when she tosses them on the floor. They are still a safe size and would not be a choking hazard for a child under three years of age. They come in a nice wooden box that can be used to store them..although they seem to be everywhere but the box. Beware parents, they are quite painful to step on in your stocking feet, so you may want to try to keep them in a sequestered area. They are colorful and made of wood, so these should last for a long time and be appropriate for many stages of development. There are letters, numbers and pictures on each one, so when she begins to spell and name things these can be a fun learning tool. I think it was a wise investment for a small output of money.

Sweet retro looking blocks. Bought as a baby gift and mama loves them!

Not worth the money due to size. I was trying to add more blocks to a set, but this turned out to be much smaller than the blocks we have. Case was nice, but I put the sharp edge top away. It's a good looking set. All the pieces were there. Color on blocks held after washing them. Over all I think is a great set, but should be called tiny blocks and should be less than $10.

My baby boy is almost 2 yrs old I didn’t think he would like this, however at first he didn’t but after interacting with him he began to like the blocks. So now he’s always looking for them which is awesome. He knows over 17+ it maybe more but who’s counting. Every child is intelligent and Amazing just wait till you but these blocks and you’ll see what I mean They’ll catch on very quickly. Buy it

Good but really small

This product is very dangerous for children of all ages. The edges are too sharp on these wooden blocks and I wish that I did not buy them. Also the container that they come in is also very sharp and has sharp parts to it such as a plastic lid that comes in and out and hard wooden sharp edges. When I empty the blocks out on the floor to play with them, waiting till my son was 2 1/2 years old, I discovered how confusing the blocks are as well to use. Each block has many different letters on it instead of an upper and lowercase letter, that is the same And easy to follow and understand. Given that these were purchased 2 1/2 years ago, I will not be able to get my money back. But I am also concerned for the manufacturer that they have made such a dangerous toy for small children. It doesn’t seem to matter that I waited until our child was older to use them as a toddler versus baby. The edges are just too sharp and the toy is unusable. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Las fotos engañan. Pensaba que serian mayores y me he llevaso un pequeño desengaño. Sería conveniente que pusieran las medidas. Así sabríamos lo que compramos. Por lo demás, bien.

Un joli produit qui amuse beaucoup les enfants. Permet de créer nombres et mots grâce aux cubes de différentes sortes: lettres ou chiffres. Petite boîte en bois commode pour le rangement !

Smaller than I expected, but the blocks are good quality. I bought them for a photo prop, but my son loves that it comes with addition, subtraction and equal sides. Fun way for him to learn some very basic math.

Adorable little building blocks. My granddaughter gets hours of fun out of these and no dodgy plastic which will never decompose. Happy customer!
