The adapter works really well for my 2011 Audi Q5. I first thought it was busted as the BT adapter I used did not want to connect, however I realized it was the BT adapter as it wasn’t rated to direct connect to the AMI system. When I used my old 30pin iPod classic and the correct BT adapter it was magic. I was able to control my music (play, pause, track selection) although I couldn’t get track names via BT I could from the iPod (again due to the BT adapter not this cable). A great buy if you want to direct connect an iPod (classic, nano, touch) or if you get the correct BT adapter. I gave it the full 5 stars because it was an adapter that wasn’t trying to break the bank on price and works well.

Very happy I can listen to my old iPods in my new/used car. Just plug it in, and leave it alone. All the info of song and artist is on my radio screen.

An expensive mistake. The site stated it was compatible with my car. It was not.

been using this cable since received. Works perfectly and steering wheel controls function as intended.

Made it easier than going to my local sound system installer.

El cable cumple con su función! Sin embargo es un poco incómodo de usar! Ya que pensé que vendría con conexión de iPod y vino con usb y al Conectar el cable del iPod al cable, hay ocasiones donde el cable funciona al perfección y hay ocasiones que batallas para que lo detecte. Tuve la oportunidad de usarlo en carretera y al tiempo de usarlo se botaba la conexión y tenía que desconectar y volver a conectar y se solucionaba el problema.
