Missing glass cover
Shipping and delivery is ok, but the item came without the glass cover of the picture

Back is very difficult to open. Needed a knife and partially pulled apart an edge to get it open to insert a photo.

The frame was heavy and had trees and good likeness of the presidents.
The frame was perfect. We were there in September with 4 other people and had our picture taken with the monument in the background. A perfect frame for a perfect memory of our trip.
