A: This issue is usually caused by the printer ink. Some genuine printer ink is Pigement-based ink which is NOT compatible with our Glossy sticker paper.

**Q: How to avoid the Print Smearing issue?**
A: 1. Check your ink. If they are genuine ink and all colors are pigment-based ink, this item will NOT work with your printer. 2. Print with proper settings. Please try printing with the 'Photo Paper' and 'Standard' settings.
