I’ve always loved ramen but I could never find a vegetarian version until these!! They are AMAZING and so easy to make. I’ll usually add tofu for some more protein. It has a little kick to it, but great flavor. One of my favorite lunches to bring for work!

These are a cheap and flavorful lunch option. Flavor through and through, not just sad chicken water labeled as broth. Good noodle texture. I’m not vegan and I love these just for the way they taste. Can easily add meat to make it a larger portion. Also want to mention that I get stomach aches if I eat ramen before bed and when I had these for dinner I didn’t get a stomach ache. I’m guessing they are easily digestible since they don’t have all the poisons of typical instant noodles.

These are currently my favorite noodles. They are vegan friendly, cook quickly, and offer a nice chew. The spice packet is mild and not spicy. I like to boil the noodles in water for a couple mintues until just al dente. Then I add the noodles (after draining them) to a broth with baby bok choy, mushrooms, and vegan ham. It makes for a nice light lunch or dinner. They also taste great fried.

This is a light, flavorful cup of noodles that doesn't taste salty. Therefore I was shocked to see that it contains 1300 mg of sodium. I try to keep my sodium intake under control, and eat mostly fresh foods. I won't be getting this again due to the sodium content. But for those who don't care, it's very convenient and tastes good.

The veggie soup is so good, better than the kimchi (which is also good and has a tiny beat of spiciness). The veggie soup is not spicy. I sometimes add a slice of cheese or an egg to it. I cook for 2.5 minutes, add the egg and stir, then cook it for 30 more seconds. If I have the soup w/o an egg, I just cook for 2.5 minutes; it's enough. Love this soup!

I eat these too much because they are super easy to cook (pour water) and yummy. Not spicy so I want to try the Kimchee variety. Vegetables are non-existent. But cheap enough i do not care. Noodle soup for breakfast. Wish they had a gluten free variety but all gf ramen I have tried is gross anyways.

great and delicious. they are not too spicy, but spicy enough to add a kick. i think it's nice to add a little bit of cheese for creaminess. convenient when i'm on the go and don't have much time to cook. these are also a great price for a pack of six.

These and the kimchi ones are some of the best you can get.

Just regular shin noodles without the spice element. They sound good on paper but I will say they have a stranger aftertaste that is hard to get rid of.
