Exactly what I needed
Absolutely love it! It was a little heavier than I expected, but that was on me and not the product as I should have anticipated it with what kind of cane it was. I feel much steadier using this cane than my original hooked one, especially with the broader base. The arm support helps take some of the pressure off my wrists and I don't have to worry about dropping it since the cane stands on it's own. My favorite feature is how much better I can go up and down stairs with it, giving me the support I need not to fall and to be able to hold my weight when I do. I waited to get this cane because of the price, but I honestly wish I'd gotten it sooner as it's worth every penny I spent. EDIT - TWO MONTH UPDATE! : I want to preface this by saying I still love this cane and absolutely will be buying again when necessary. HOWEVER! After two months of constant use (including trips to several states, lakes, rural and city trecks, etc.) I have noticed some things. The base does warp and it'll cease to stand on its own after awhile, and you need good grip strength to keep ahold of this while walking. It is also LOUD when it falls. Aside from those things though, it has remained incredibly sturdy even under my weight (just over 200lbs) as well as with constant walking and getting knocked around. I'd recommend getting some kind of disinfectant spray as the cloth/foam coverings on the handles do soak up sweat easily. Over all it's a great cane and I'm glad to have it still there to support me.

Best cane on the market!
This is by far the best came you can buy! I have used this came for over five years now after I broke both wrist and a leg. It divides your weight between your forearm and your wrist and it is all padded taking the pressure off of the wrist and arm. It is definitely more stable than a regular cane. I did take the heavier, larger tip at the bottom off and replaced it with a regular rubber tip. The cane is adjustable to your height. For those of us who will have to use a cane for the rest of our lives, this is the only cane we will ever have to by again but you might have to replace the tip.

Incredible solution
The answer I have been seeking for years to enable me to stand and talk, socialize, work A cane, or walking stick does not do it. A walker or rollator is too big for most situations, but this is perfect, well designed, comfortable to the arm and lightweight. I have the stand-alone, which is best. The key is the proper leverage the combo hand and lower arm provides

Good cane, I don't like the ip though
I've had this cane a couple of weeks and love it so far. It is much more stable than other canes I have used and allows me to be on my feet longer. However, I can't recommend the self standing tip that comes on it. The cane is so long that the self standinp tip doesn't work well and tends to fall, at least mine did. I ordered the smaller tip for mine and the cane feels good now. The self standing it is very heavy too due to its size, so I recommend the smaller tip. If mine had come with the smaller tip it would be 5 stars for sure. I recommend.

Works well before and after knee surgery
This cane was recommended by my physical therapist prior to total knee replacement. I felt more stable using this type cane. I don't need it after my knee replacement.

Good cane, terrible tip
Pros: The cane itself is sturdy, easy to adjust, and has nice thick handles. Looks cool too. Might take pressure off the wrist, but it was hard to test out properly because - Cons: The tip is horrible. It does let the cane stand up, but it's awful to walk with. I was less steady using the cane than I was without it. I was hoping I could replace the crappy tip with a FlexTip like I usually do, but it's super stuck on and I wasn't able to get it off. Unusable, getting returned.

Best cane I have
This is a really great cane. I use it mostly for balance problems. My Orthopedic Doctor asked where I got it as he wanted to refer it to his patients. Everyone asks where I got it and if I like it. I feel very secure using it and love that the base is made so it is self-standing and doesn't fall over.

Excellent cane
This cane is the greatest thing since ceramic hips. I recently had a hip replacement and this was recommended by the physical therapist over a standard cane a neighbor had loaned me. The support section that rests on your arm adds an amazing amount of stability.

Great cane - five stars!
I needed a cane for postop hip replacement surgery. I had purchased the "Rehand" cane and was not happy with it. I am not a heavy person but I just didn't feel comfortable or secure with it - the handle hurt my hand after a while and the bottom of the cane slipped out from under me once. So I researched canes again, found and ordered the StrongArm and just love it. (I also asked my physiotherapist and he said he had patients who really liked this cane too). Literally - within a few minutes I was walking confidently - it felt so sturdy, not at all heavy and with a great, stable "foot" . The curved arm is genius: it takes the weight off your wrist and palm of your hand. (I have narrow wrists). The hand grip is softer and more spongey than other canes. Plus it's great that it will stand up on its own. (It can be knocked over so make sure you place it in a safe spot). Yes, it's expensive. So I spent a bit of money considering I bought two canes. But I figured I had one chance to follow proper precautions for my hip rehabilitation and do it right without reinjury. This surgery should last the rest of my life so considering that, it's a very reasonable expense! If you need a cane for postop or everyday mobility I absolutely recommend this one.

Excellent
Arrived today, took 8 days, which isn't bad at all. I am a bit annoyed that the price has gone down by a tenner but can't help that. It was very easy to adjust the height. The cane feels sturdy and really love the way it supports your arm. I had a stroke which left me with dizziness and balance issues as well as leg weakness and this cane gives me confidence already as it feels sturdy and supportive, the arm support is giving you the feeling of extra balance control. I like the big base as it adds to me trusting the cane not to slip from under me. It was expensive, but would buy again and would definitely recommend it.
