And the multicultural Tarot deck that she has created is beautiful and thought-provoking beyond words. Each card is a work of art. Whether you are interested in the art of Tarot or simply someone who enjoys exceptional visual art, each card can be cherished and appreciated like a painting that takes on a life of its own, and over time, becomes a familiar persona in an alternate world, to be visited time and again. I am an attorney by profession with spiritual beliefs grounded firmly in Christianity. Both the law – with a bias against concepts that are not supported by reason and demonstrable evidence – and my Christian culturalization – which historically has viewed Tarot with suspicion – conditioned me against taking any interest in Tarot.
