Remove tea without trying to press the water out of the tea leaves, wait 20 mins or so for tea to cool down a bit, and then pop into the refrigerator for 2 hours or so. Serve over ice. So refreshing, not astringent or bitter at all. Also great with a squeeze of lemon juice. You can double the recipe if needed.
