I've found it difficult to use without sanding lines into the connecting faces, even with very fine paper, and not much easier on the hands than just holding the sandpaper, which also uses the paper much more evenly. I gave up pretty quickly. I gave it three stars because maybe it's a matter of technique... or maybe the inside round profiles are brilliant for what they do.
