I got mine in 2 days as is guaranteed by Prime!

Does it collapse while ironing? Is there foam under the cover? Is the top metal? Thank you

The legs have locks. There is foam under the cover. The top is metal mesh.

Probably not. Do not purchase this item. The legs do not hold up. One leg on mine came apart and now it is virtually unusable. Very ooor quality.
