If you store at room temperature (Dry & Cool) then it stay for 2 years. Once you Open and use it then it will last for year.

Does this stuff really work and does it have a money back guarantee?

Yes it does, but I prefer Maxforce Magnum to this. Also Advion roach bait. No money back on professional products. Expect to need to treat every month until you roaches are gone (assuming that you have german roaches). Ive done thousands of German roach treatments, and they will not be going away quickly, unless your problem is a recent one. Also, one product for german roaches is not enough, IMO. Use some glue traps with roach attractants, this bait or similar, and I also recommend Avert Dry flowable for treating under the fridge, range and any infested electronics. If you do not locate all nesting areas expect to need to treat until you do.

For palmetto bugs?

We live in a wooded area & have had Palmetto bugs, however we specifically purchased MaxForce for Germans. It seems to work well on both, have used it twice & had very good results.

Question 4

I am struggling with those large American/Palmetto/Water roaches in my house. How long did this product take to kill them off completely?

That particular type actually lives in the trees outside. They usually come in in search of food or water. The bait will actually kill the ones that come in contact with just a few days. The problem lies is more will come in. I don’t know if a for sure method to rid them completely. Possibly find the area they are entering and treat with a residual spray. That’s the best answer I have. Good luck
