It's a network cable.
Short, flat network cable. Seems to work good, decent build quality. Great for tight spaces you might need to pass through.

Excellent!!!!
My ISP had 3 and 4 ft Ethernet cables connecting several different components of my wifi. It was the shortest they carried in their trucks. What a mess of cables just to connect three boxes that were right next to each other. Replaced with these shorties and no more huge bundle of tangled up wires.
