will the LCD work with iTunes, or do you have to use windows media player?Is having the LCD panel worth it?

It only works with Windows Media Player. it has a small number of apps that came with it that aren't really very helpful, it looks like they went "pretty" over "Functionality" and scouring the web, pretty much all the app sites for aftermarket apps are gone now, but I DID find a program called Aida64 that can be used to create custom apps, that's all I've used since I made one for system stats. and game support for it is pretty light. google it and read the wiki on the g19 and you can see the list of games that support it. nothing terribly new so not sure if games are even trying to offer support.

where can I find an adapter plug to make it compatible for standard outlet

I assume that you're referring to the plug on the AC power adapter.  That 2-prong AC plug fits any standard household 110 VAC power socket right out of the box... it doesn't need the 3rd (grounding) pin that you see on most AC power plugs nowadays.  And, you can plug it in either way - it doesn't matter.  Enjoy your keyboard.

Question 3

Can the keys on the keyboard be set to individual colors or does the entire keyboard have to change at the same time?

Keys will have to have the same color across the entire keyboard. For a pointing device, I can't recommend the Logitech M570 trackball too highly. I work with the trackball all day long. My desk is chaos and there is little dedicated room for a mouse pad, but the trackball avoids that problem. I wont ever go back to a mouse. The M570 is wireless and 100% portable between systems if you want to share. I just bought a second M570 for my laptop, instead of carrying the M570 from my tower.

Does VOIP also work with Teamspeak?

This is a keyboard, not a headset. The keyboard does have the functionality for TeamSpeak/Skype 3rd party apps though.
