Love these papers for using a hamburger press!

I ordered these over the weekend, and they arrived today (Tuesday). I use my burger press for both burgers and for sausage patties. Sausage patties are more difficult to deal with ... they are much more sticky than hamburger. When I purchased these, I had forgotten that I had used larger parchment paper in the past (I researched it today and I had previously used Worthy Liners 5.5" round parchment papers [purchased on Amazon], which, although they hang outside of the press a little bit, otherwise worked very well). When I got these today, They were 4.5" ... but I got right to work making some sausage patties. They worked well, for the most part, but they are slightly smaller than the diameter of the press, and while it fit very well inside the press, it made it just a little bit of a mess on the outer edges of the press, and it was more work to clean up (Remember ... sticky sausage). So just a word of caution, make sure that you order the right size for your likes/dislikes and application.

It works ok but the handle could be made a little different to get a better grip on it when pressing the meat down.

I buy a 5 lb pack of 90% ground beef from Sam's club and make 5oz hamburger patties to store in the freezer. I dreaded the chore because the patty press would get smeared with beef fat and the burgers were really difficult to remove from the press. These things are AMAZING. I put one patty paper on the bottom of the press and one on top of the meat. So fast. So easy to remove the patty from the press. It cut my work down to one third of the time it took to do it before I bought these. I will no longer dread making the patties.

These were a large amount for a great price. We use them to make our own burgers and breakfast sausage patties. Good quality papers.

Great and handy to use; I stack them and then freeze them for later to use.

They help a great deal

Exactly what I wanted

made about 200 hamburgers and froze them. these work good in our patty maker and the hamburgers do not stick together when frozen.
