what is the difference between ss01 and ss02

Hi Misty, the SS001 is displaying a 16 oz (Pint) bottle and the listing with SS002 is a 32 oz (Quart) bottle. Same product, different sizes!

Can it be used on the gel coat?

I have used it on my gel coat often. It works very good. Dab it in, let sit for a few minute and rinse off. If it’s heavy rust stain repeat. Hasn’t hurt my wax either

Can this be used to protect a stainless steel BBQ?

I really do not know. I use on the stainless steel on my sailboat which is what it was developed for. Good Luck.
