Wow (Angie's Extreme Coloring Books Volume 1)

This is a fantastic book which has designs that don't repeat too much and have enough definition to keep you busy without driving you nuts. I primarily use Sakura get pens and the results are truly worth the time. Some pages take me a week or more to complete and when they are done, look professional and satisfying. I've also had great results with copic markers. Great stress reliever!

My husband purchased this coloring book for me, as an outlet from stress. I was looking for a hobby and this is it! I love it. It's very relaxing, the designs are beautiful. I use colored pencils and put an extra piece of paper under the page I'm coloring to prevent bleed through. Some of the designs have tiny corners, but with using colored pencils it isn't hard to get to them. I was amazed by the amount of pages in this book, it was more than I had expected. Very great buy and would recommend it to anyone looking to find a hobby, being creative, relieving stress etc.

Great pics to color, thin thin paper

Bought these for my wife for her birthday. She was over the moon~ The designs are super interesting and draw you in. Got the Nifty, Wow, Mandala, and another Angie Grace book. All of them have more pages (nearly twice as many as others) and much better designs than the other 'adult coloring books' I looked at. Nice paper quality and page size (about 8" x 8") for framing or wall hanging. Angie Grace books + Prismacolor pencil pack = One great birthday

What an incredible book!! The layers of design are fantastic. She is such a talent. I would give her more stars if I could. You can plainly see a far background, middle ground, foreground and the finishing touches. This book has so many challenges. I didn't think a book like this one had been made. I will be looking at her other books as newbies for my collection. Kudos to Angie Grace

I love Angie's books and I've reviewed this one on Amazon before. This is my favorite so far. Pages are blank on the back so you don't ruin any pictures with bleed through. It is awesome for markers ESPECIALLY the Ultra Fine Tips, ink and sharp pencils. A great many of the pictures have finer detail than most of her other books and I love it. The reason why I am writing a second review on this is because I wanted to let Angie know that I am dying for Volumes 2,3,4 .....!!!!!

The designs are wonderful!! The pages are not perforated for removing. Also the paper quality is very thin. Good for relaxing coloring, but not for framing.

I love the Angie Grace designs. Some very intricate but a refreshing change from usual mandala patterns. I have at least 3 of these and have thoroughly enjoyed them. Great quality paper and neat little books.

Rather disappointed with this colouring book. The designs are interesting but the paper is very thin. I colour with gel pens therefore not the best scenario. I would only recommend this book if you colour with crayons.

Die komplexen und aufwendigen Designs von Angie Grace sind eine Augenweide! Es macht mir immer wieder Freude, mich für ein Bild zu entscheiden und es durch die Art der Farbgebung zu interpretieren. So vieles lässt sich in jeder der Zeichnungen entdecken. Das quadratische Format gefällt mir ebenso wie die Aufmachung des Buches. Das Papier wirkt auf den ersten Blick dünn, ist aber auch für Fasermaler und Marker geeignet. Ich selbst benutze Tombow Pinselmarker. Diese hinterlassen zwar geringe Spuren auf der Rückseite, aber das stört nicht, weil das Buch einseitig bedruckt ist. Besonders schön: Angie Grace betreut eine eigene Gruppe auf Facebook. Hier zeigen und bewundern Leute aus aller Welt ihre Kolorationen und tauschen sich über Material und Techniken aus.

Nice designs. There are better books for a bit more money with regard to diversity of design and paper quality.

These books that Angie Grace does are the best colouring books I have found. I use them if I am struggling to sleep. Do one every night complete, then go to bed and sleep. Patterns are just right.
