This buggy attachment is sturdy and easy to install, and my kids absolutely love it. The turbo LED lights, smoke effect, and music make it super fun and exciting to ride. It fits our hoverboard well and the hand-operated controls work smoothly. The only downside is that the strap isn’t very strong, but it does come with a few replacement straps, which helps. Overall, a fun and entertaining add-on that keeps kids engaged.

My son got this for his birthday and both of my kids (11 and 14) love it. It is sturdy and lots of fun. Great buy. Only complaint is the fog machine has (LOUD) sound effects, and that system broke within like 15 minutes. It runs on water but is not water-proofed well, so the wires shorted out immediately. As my son said, it was a poor design. We are just not using that feature, and my kids are perfectly happy with the go kart! I like that it is speed-limited by the hoverboard, so it feels safer than some other options.

My kids love this thing. It's a spectacle when they ride down the sidewalk at our park with the music and lights and laser blasters going. We've had hours of fun on this and it is a must have for kids with hoverboards. Absolutely worth the money for the entertainment/fun factor alone. If you went to a go-kart track you'd spend this on two laps around a track - so the quality issues, while they are a bummer, aren't a deal breaker and I would still buy this again and will probably buy another one when this one gets too beat up. The seat is comfortable and the metal parts/hardware are heavy duty and work well. The wheels and velcro attachments suck, so it's interesting that parts or this are very high quality good design while others are very low quality and poorly designed. The velcro straps aren't a good design. They are not durable enough material and the way that they are sewn on causes them to easily catch on the ground. The stitching that holds the velcro onto the straps came unraveled in 2 of the 4 straps provided. We had to sew them back on. When riding, the straps scrape/drag on the ground at times, and the straps don't hold up to this and are ripping/tearing. The pads on the feet that sit on the hoverboard aren't flat, so it has caused some abrasions on the hoverboards. The jet engine attachment on the back is attached to the seat by a thin lever of metal, and it sticks out such that when the kids go fast and wheelie it smacks the ground. There should either be a mechanism to prevent wheelies altogether (no fun) or a better design so the jet pack doesn't stick out so much and essentially work as a lever that pushes on the ground when the unit wheelies up. It hasn't broken off yet, but it's only a matter of time. The wheels aren't holding up well, there are chunks coming out from going over rocks and debris. My kids are very small and young, the heaviest is 45 lbs, and my wife and I have never ridden it, so I'm surprised this is an issue and would warn others with larger/older kids.

We purchased this for our 5 year old and she loves it! Unfortunately, the ‘thrusters’ didn’t work however customer services was incredibly helpful and mailed us a new one and we sent back the one that didn’t work. The new one works perfectly. The only down side is the instructions are poorly written and how to put it together did not follow the instructions included but it was easy enough to put together after looking at the photo.

Seat attachment broke at 32 days after purchasing, so it was unfortunately 2 days too late to receive a new one for free. Went to the website to purchase a replacement, and surprise, they are out of stock and have been for months. (I’m assuming because they break quickly) We had to order one from eBay separately for around $40. Not happy considering we paid nearly $300 for the kart and hoverboard together. The kart generally worked before the seat broke, but there is not much room between the ground and straps that hold it in place. They tend to get frayed with riding and then the Velcro doesn’t hold well. We’ve had to use black electrical tape to try and keep it secured. Overall, I don’t think I would buy this again. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a more reliable kart on the market as of right now, so this will have to do. Our son loves it when it’s working, but we’re constantly having to mess with it and buy new parts!

The buggy attachment operates well enough. But the problems started well before it was running. They included the wrong directions for it which made assembly confusing to say the least. The directions were labeled correctly and the buggy was the right item. My guess is they updated it or changed how they manufactured it but didn't change the directions to match. There were pre-drilled holes in the directions that were clearly not on the buggy and the part attached at the end of the rod, not through a small bracket attached to the side of the rod as the directions showed. Also, the velcro can get rubbed through if you aren't paying attention. I would say that could be an issue with our specific scooter but they included extras so they know it's an issue. Instead of finding a better design they gave the band aid of a few pieces of velcro.

My son has had this for a year and it’s still going strong!! It’s sturdy and easy to use. He thinks it’s a lot of fun. The price point was great!
