Nikunj Dhaba Special Leaf Tea, 1kg

I am genuinely impressed with this tea. It has a strong aroma, rich colour, and a refreshing taste that reminds me of traditional roadside dhaba tea. The leaves are fresh, and every cup feels satisfying. As someone who carefully spends every rupee because I support my entire family, product quality matters a lot to me. This tea met my expectations completely. My elderly parents and my family enjoyed it, and I will definitely purchase it again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves strong and flavourful tea. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good taste around this price point

1. Ordered two quantities of this tea(@ 260 per kg.)as it's value for money product after Tata Agni tea which is unavailable most of the time. But got some quantity loss as one aluminium foil of tea jar was torn. Customer friendly Amazon send another jar that weights totally 1 kg.(tea+jar), so you are actually getting almost 900 grams of dust tea, not 1kg. of leaf tea, as described by the label & description. This is a serious issue and Amazon should really look seriously into the matter. 2) This product is meant to be a value for money product , the flavour and aroma is so-so, not great, as you can expect. Taste is not bad. You can use the thin quantity plastic jar later for few months. 3) The packaging was worst, as it was sent without any air bubble or soft packaging paper, only with the brown Amazon cartoon box which may be the reason for broken aluminium foil seal.

“चाय” के नाम पर क्या बेच रहे हैं? मेरे अनुभव में यह उत्पाद गुणवत्ता के नाम पर बेहद खराब है। मैं इसे पहले भी 2 बार खरीद चुका हूं और तीसरी बार भी वही निराशाजनक अनुभव हुआ। इस बार तो ऐसा लगा कि पैकेट में अच्छी चाय पत्ती के बजाय सिर्फ नाम और पैकेजिंग बेची जा रही है। इतनी खराब गुणवत्ता की चीज़ को मैं मज़ाक में भी “चाय” कहने से पहले सोचूंगा। अगर किसी खाद्य उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता इतनी खराब है कि ग्राहक उसे इस्तेमाल करने लायक ही न समझे, तो सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है कि क्या Amazon ऐसे उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता और seller की जिम्मेदारी की कोई जांच करता है? मैंने Amazon Customer Care को शिकायत की, लेकिन उत्पाद वापस लेने से भी मना कर दिया गया, जबकि वही seller आज भी इसे बेच रहा है। मेरी सलाह: सिर्फ कम कीमत या अच्छी तस्वीर देखकर इसे बिल्कुल न खरीदें। मेरे तीन खरीदारी के अनुभव बेहद खराब रहे हैं। Amazon को भी ऐसे sellers/products की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेना चाहिए। 1 Star — Strongly Not Recommended This is my third experience with this product, and every time I have been disappointed. I had already purchased this tea twice from Amazon, but this third order was even worse. The quality is extremely poor, and honestly, it does not even feel like there is proper-quality tea leaves inside the packet. The taste and overall quality are so bad that I would not recommend consuming it. What is even more disappointing is that I contacted Amazon Customer Care and clearly explained the issue, but they refused to take the product back. Despite this, the same third-party seller is still allowed to sell the product on Amazon, and the product is still available for purchase. Amazon needs to answer: if customers are reporting such poor quality, why is no action being taken against the seller or product? My sincere advice to other customers: please think twice before buying this product. Based on my experience of purchasing it three times, I absolutely do NOT recommend it. Three purchases. Three disappointing experiences. Poor quality, wasted money, and no satisfactory resolution from Amazon.
