I find the product good. I frequently work in vdi environment and the issue that I face often in the vdi environment is that the boom mic picks up all kind of minute noises as well. So the issue is with listener who has trouble hearing to with loads of background noise. With this headset I found that issue to be done plus you can use it for hours at a stretch. But I want to specially mention that the supplier is not trust worthy. He gave me out of warranty product. After charging for 5 hours the battery drops to 20 % in just 15 mins usage.

Headset is awesome, but cannot beat jabra in Packing...any ways to the main topic..pair's instantly with the laptop to use Skype and Teams calls are piece of cake. Sound is crystal clear. You can pair two devices. Battery is super good for now based on 3 day use. No clear instruction on how long we should charge etc. Over all ita the best thing to buy!

I have order the product first it’s set delivered has mic and speaker issue return requested second replaced which Bluetooth after full charge with in 10 mins asking to charge again I don’t recommend this product

Good product for calling purpose, if you need earphones for office or zoom class or normal calls, it's good. Noice cancellation is good but not great! Calling sound quality is nice. This set is too pricey! Price should be between 5-7k, it's 17000 which is too much. Dedicated mute button is good. Not value for money, Not recommended for music. Overall 3.5 star...

I was initially doubtful if it would meet my requirement and whether I am purchasing something that is too expensive. But trust me I love these headphones. For anyone who has to attend meetings or talks too much on phone should have one of these. I know its expensive but at end u wont repent

Quite Expensive but you won't regret after having this. Noise cancellation 95% beyond 1 meter. Easy to hold on the ear, never falls automatically. Long usage time(almost a day with calls and music). List is much more. Many more...! If you are looking for high budget best earphone, go for it without doubt.

Lo uso da 20 giorni, la mia recensione potrebbe essere prematura. Premetto che uso l'auricolare per il mio lavoro che è basato sull'uso continuativo del telefono Qualità del suono buona. Controllo volume ottimo. Annullamento del disturbo nel 95 % dei casi ottimo. Durata batteria non ha rivali, impressionante.

Excellent product with very good mic audio quality. Voice commands to answer or reject the call are very convenient. Teams set up took me one minute. Connects very quickly. Things that could be better; - range is not as advertised, much shorter depending of course on building's stucture - battery life 6 hrs might be a problem but charging case helps here a lot - noise reduction decreseas audio quality pretty much (e.g. during driving a car with higher speed) - voice alert on battery status is not working after the latest software update. Overall I recommend for daily usage and conference calls.

Kaufgrund: 1. Bedarf nach Headset mit top Sprachverständlichkeit für die Gegenstelle, 2. gute eigene Hörqualität der Gegenstelle, 3. Bewegungsfreiheit am Smartphone, mit App FritzFon und am Computer bzw. Tablet in der Videokonferenz; dazu unauffällige, mobile Dauer-Nutzung. Focus 1 meiner Bewertung und hauptsächlicher Kaufgrund ist die Sprachverständlichkeit beim Empfänger; ich will beim Empfänger bezügl. Sprach-Qualität professionell ankommen. Übertragungs-Qualität steht für mich über Bewegungs-Freiheit oder anderem Komfort. Nach Enttäuschungen mit anderen Modellen hier volle Kauf-Empfehlung! Sprachqualität übertrifft alle Erwartungen und Erfahrungen; ist qualitativ ähnlich, wie mit dem Smartphone direkt; Hör-Qualität auch glasklar, mit schöner Transparenz; Umgebungsgeräusche intelligent abgeschirmt. Meine Tests: Mit Huawai P30 pro und Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Aufnahmen mit der App "Audio Recorder" von HubPro (kann Mikrofon extern/intern gezielt auswählen) sowie Telefonate und Videokonferenzen (GTM, Zoom, Google Duo, Whatsapp), jeweils mit Smartphone und PC über BT-Dongle. Zuvor hatte ich mal Billig-Earbuds gekauft und gelesen/erfahren, dass die Tonübertragung eines Mikrofons per Bluetooth grundsätzlich technisch stark eingeschränkt sei (seltsam, denn BT-Übertragung an Stereo-Anlage ist top). Über BT-Einschränkungen scheinen sich Plantronics Voyager 5200 u. UC hinweg zu setzen, möglicherweise infolge der HD-Fähigkeit (per App zuschaltbar). Hier wurde vom Hersteller offensichtlich alles richtig gemacht. Ich frage "nach jedem Gespräch", wie meine Qualität war. Antwort immer: "Nicht möglich, dass Du ein Headset verwendest; optimal, war nicht herauszuhören". Auch Hall in Telefonaten ist besser, als am original Handy. Dazu machen Bedienung, Umgang u. Tragekomfort doch schon Spaß. Lob und danke! PS1: Hin u. wieder wird beklagt, dass Sprach-/Hörqualität u./o. Lautstärke nach gewisser Zeit auffällig nachlassen. War bei mir nach einigen Wochen tatsächlich selten mal der Fall, jedoch nur in Verbindung mit meinem Tabl. Lösung: Kopplung trennen, neu koppeln. PS2: Um KW 31 habe ich mein Headset 5200 leider verloren (in den Brust-Ausschnitt meines Polo-Shirts eingehängt. Beim Gehen im Freien hat es plötzlich gefehlt). Rat daher: Außerhalb des Büros immer eingeschaltet lassen, dann funktioniert "Finden" per App. Habe mir 1 Std. nach Bemerken des Verlusts das Gerät sofort nachgekauft (5200 UC). PS3: Immer wieder lese ich schlechte Gesamt-Bewertungen wegen fehlenden Trage-Komforts oder fehlender Robustheit. Ist mir unverständlich, bei der super Sprach-/Hörqualität (die für mich oberste Priorität hat) sehe ich gerne etwas den Comfort hinweg. Nach meinem Verlust habe ich sofort ein neues Gerät bestellt (Plantronics 5200 UC, gleiches Gerät wie ohne UC, kam aber inkl. Bluetooth Dongle u. Lade-Case; mein vorheriges 5200 ohne UC kam ohne Bluetooth-Dongle u. Lade-Case; falls man zu seinem Headset ohne BT-Stick noch einen bräuchte, funktioniert so gut jeder neutrale). Dazu habe ich noch Silikon-Stöpsel für Innen-Ohr gekauft. Jetzt ist der Trage-Comfort 99,9%. Danke an Plantronics (bzw. Poly Lens) für so ein tolles Headset. Kenne bis jetzt nichts Vergleichbares. Wird mich immer begleiten, bis es nachweislich deutlich Besseres gibt.
