Im using the plexiglass for a deer blind. Is it ok to use with medal hinges and screws?

Yes, just don't pre-drill the holes to close to the edge. Give yourself a 1/4" and use acrylic bits.

Would I be able to customize the size? I need 31" X 13 3/4".

Please purchase a 36x18 and I can cut for FREE -- Windridercreations

I am making a box like fish tank sump; I was planing on using a special saw. Do you cut pieces for free?

Yes, we offer FREE custom cuts on any order. When you purchase the sheet of acrylic, please send us a message with your exact measurements.

what would I use to cut a 7" diameter hole?

It often depends on how precise you want that cutout to be. Look for this title on EBay, or Amazon. 7 inch Bi-Metal Hole Saw HSS Hole Cutter Heavy Duty for Drilling Wood This will do well particularly if you have a small home drill press. All acrylics should be drilled or cut at slow speeds to reduce melting the material.
