This Camco TastePURE 4-foot water hose has been perfect for my rain barrel setup. The length is exactly what I needed for a clean, simple connection without excess hose to deal with. I really appreciate that it’s drinking-water safe with no lead, BPA, or phthalates. Even though I’m using it with a rain barrel, it’s reassuring to know it’s made from safe materials. The reinforced design feels sturdy and durable, not flimsy like cheaper hoses. The 1/2” inside diameter provides solid water flow, and it’s made in the USA, which is a nice bonus. Great quality, reliable, and exactly what I was looking for. Easy 5 stars.

This Camco TastePURE 10-ft drinking water hose is exactly what I was looking for. The quality is excellent, and it feels sturdy and well-made right out of the box. It doesn’t have that plastic taste or smell, which is a huge plus when using it for drinking water in an RV or camper. The hose has held up well with regular use, doesn’t kink easily, and the fittings feel durable and secure. Knowing it contains no lead and no BPA gives extra peace of mind. For the price, it’s a great value compared to other drinking water hoses I’ve tried. Overall, this is a reliable, durable, and affordable hose that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I just looked up this hose again in my order history to get another. I was shocked to see that I ordered it four years ago. It held up through the most brutal northeast winter in decades, fully expected to it have burst, but no! Reliable and recommended!

Bought this in May of 2024. In two days it'll be a year of use. I use this for bathing my dogs in the summer time to keep my bathroom tidy. It works well, and had lasted thus far minus my only complaint which is- The seals degrade over time causing this to leak really bad from the part where it connects to the spicket. Its so bad that water just sprays in all directions and at this point I am getting more water on myself than I am on my dogs. I would love to obtain a replacement seal from the manufacturer, to avoid having to buy a whole new hose, and limit my contributions to the landfills. Because this item had held up well for the last year, minus the little rubber gasket that I'm sure costs 10 cents to replace. I'll update this if the seller ever offers a solution in regards to gasket replacing. If not, I'll likely buy this same hose again. $10 a year isn't bad either, but again Id hate to throw away something that works fine just needs a miniscule part replaced.

This works VERY WELL for a discharge hose for a water barrel. I like the BPA FREE hose component. I ordered TWO .... one came WITHOUT the black washer inside - so it leaks when I attach it .... I ordered these early in the season - as I know short hoses tend to go fast. I’m out of the warranty period for this due to ordering early. - yet one hose is missing a part. I would suggest packing these in plastic - vs just tossing them in a box - this way you can plan to avoid future parts becoming lose in transit and discarded or even double check the hoses before packing. The packing is just a cardboard backing with the hose attached with twist ties. ****NB HOW CAN I GET THE PART THAT IS MISSING OR RETURN THE HOSE FOR A REPLACEMENT? These hoses are PERFECT for your water barrel discharging and also connect together to form a loop for easy storage and non leaking ... plus I feel not adding any more toxin or the heat of a plastic hose will cut down on releasing any additional chemicals as this hose is BPA FREE - I would suggest storing it inside when done using or if you are going to leave it on to slow discharge - make sure your slope is down grade. I’ve used soaker hoses in the past - this is by far way better! Great product - just missing the black washer inside the hose - figured this out when I compared the two hoses. Thank you.
