Damn good Quality. Solid and well made. Welds are very professional. Mounted easy. Everything lined up. The bolts that it comes with the replace the rear bolts on the sportster fender are slightly too long by about a quarter inch. You can either buy new ones or just cut the supplied ones down. I just cut the supplied ones down. At first I thought this would not work because it looks too far forward for a passenger. It is not. My wife fits just fine. If you have a solo seat and rack this sits perfectly to strap something behind the bar as it just sits on the rack. Could not be happier. Well worth every penny compared to the OEM $250 detachable option. With a tail bag it makes for a perfect back rest. Comfortable as hell.
