They arrived in tact and early.

1 of the 12 light bulbs was broken upon arrival. Otherwise, I love this product. So much better for dimming in a living area than the LEDs everyone has adopted.

The floodlight bulbs we previously used in our kitchen were a little bit on the dull/yellow side at 2710k "warm" temperature at roughly 465 lumens. These Phillips bulbs are marked at the same 2710k temperature, but at 620 lumens they provided a perfect bump-up of increased brightness and whiteness without having to resort to the more unnatural appearance of LEDs.

It came in good shape. It works.

With multiple spot lights, replacement is a regular event. I bought these based on price and the Sylvania name. That they arrived unbroken was a plus in itself considering the lack of protection given a very fragile piece of merchandise. The two I have so far used work well. Suggest inclusion of some bubble wrap in the shipping carton.

we had to return because the bulbs were a smaller size than we wanted. they were the right length (5 in) but our bulbs are approx 5 in wide at the bulb. The ons you sent are only about 3 inches. I guess we have the older style. and we are not ready to do a whole hous redo with LED. Thank you
