Handle CH-50

Great solid hefty handle. I use it to hand hold, and because there is also a 1/4"-20 threaded female mount, it easily attaches to my Manfrotto quick release for tripod use without having to remove the Beastgrip handle.

short and stubby, but built like a tank

It is a standard grip that has a larger diameter (35 mm) than other handle-like grips (~25 mm). If you have larger hands, then you may appreciate this larger diameter, although its length is rather short. If you want to extend the length of the larger diameter, Camvate has some 1/4- to- 3/8 adapters that you can add at extra cost (and much extra weight)…. However, note that Camvate makes a very similar textured grip handle grip that is a bit longer in length but only one inch (~25 mm) in diameter. The Camvate grip includes a rubber disc around the base of the male screw area too. Unfortunately, this Beastgrip model does not have this useful addition, and costs twice as much as the Camvate model. Both models are all metal so they are weighty. Some people like/dislike the weight factor. Because both models are all metal, both grips may make your hands cold in cold weather. The Beastgrip is a high quality product, but I subtracted two stars for the very high cost and lack of rubber disc.

Sturdy metal grip/handle. A little heavier than I expected, but that makes it possible to stand on its own and hold an iPhone attached to another attachment.

These handles are solid as a rock. Great knurled handle for a nice grip. I use these daily for video and photo shoots. I recommend putting 2 of them together for a wider grip. Side note. I like these a lot. I have 8 of them. Would highly recommend.

I bought this handle to use instead the makeshift handle I was using from a tripod selfie stick and it works great and it holds the cage.
