The resistance on this particular model was just right for me. Gives plenty of room for improvement before I would need to level up. The item is just as described, in perfect condition, and comes apart easily for cleaning.

I had the very first version of this - over a decade old now. I finally upgraded and this is so much nicer/easier. I am a competitive athlete and when I first started using this I noticed an insane difference in my wind. Maybe you won't notice a difference if you're not moving/working out, but this thing works.
