This fountain is absolutely beautiful. It produces an impressive mist and gives the room a soft, relaxing glow. I originally purchased the same model for my office back in 2013, and the only reason I’m replacing it now is because it was accidentally broken during an office move. The fountain is very durable and well-made. When installed correctly, there are no leaks, and the mist output is consistently strong. I used my previous one five days a week for more than eight hours a day. Over the years, I only had to replace the light/mister unit a couple of times—it lasted about five years before needing a new one, which is excellent in my opinion. The only minor downside is that the newer replacement mister doesn’t allow you to select a single color like the original version. However, the rotating colors are still beautiful, and the light itself lasts a very long time. Overall, this fountain is a wonderful purchase for daytime or nighttime use (absolutely beautiful at night), with exceptional mist performance and long-term durability. Highly recommended.

I had a mixed experience with this product, but ultimately, my faith in the brand was restored thanks to their customer service. Like a love affair gone sour, I fell head over heels for this product when I first got it. It seemed perfect, until, just 30 days in, the Mister stopped working. Naturally, I was disappointed, and it felt like the end of a beautiful romance. However, I must say, it's not just the product that makes a company great, it's how they handle issues that truly matter. When I contacted XBrand's customer service about the problem, I was initially informed that I'd have to shoulder the $10.00 shipping cost for the replacement part, as my request was just outside the 30-day free shipping window for part replacements. At first, I was a bit taken aback by this policy. It seemed rather inflexible considering my product malfunctioned just outside the 30-day mark, but well within the 1-year warranty period. I couldn't help but think that they should make an exception. However, after a closer look at their limited 1-YEAR WARRANTY verbiage, it did seem like they were following their stated policy. I was still disappointed and expressed my thoughts to their customer service representative. But here's where XBrand really shines: They recognized my disappointment and frustration, and their representative went the extra mile to keep me as a satisfied customer. They not only replaced the part but did so without charging me the $10.00 shipping fee, as a gesture of goodwill. This act of exceptional customer service completely turned my experience around. They listened to my concerns, acknowledged the inconvenience, and took steps to rectify the situation. This level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. In the end, while my initial infatuation with the product may have soured, my admiration for XBrand's customer service has only grown stronger. They didn't just fix my Mister; they mended my trust in the brand. For that reason, I'm more than happy to give them a favorable review. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, XBrand proved that they are willing to go above and beyond to make things right for their customers. That's something worth celebrating.

I love the design but the quality is garbage - cheapest construction I’ve seen in a long time. The bowl leaks from the seal. The stand does not fit the bowl or even fit together snuggly. The bolts are welded so it is flimsy and I am worried it will fall over if bumped. The top piece literally slides off into the bowl. I tried to email the company at the warranty email they provided and it was undeliverable. I went to their website and it doesn't even work properly. Shame a better company isn't producing these. I received a replacement product after this review.... even it doesn't work. Sad.

I just got this and love it! I'm planning to put it in a corner of my massage room where it is protected so I'm not worried about the legs. I would not set it up with out a very safe location because the legs are not really a sturdy base when it comes to accidental bumps but quite frankly, find some other kind of base. The rest of it is so worth it! The glass is beautiful and the set up easy. I have a bottle of trace minerals so I put two drops in my tap water and it misted all day. (I did not try without the minerals because I have them so I figured why not). The light is beautiful in it and the water sound does not sound like someone going to the bathroom. Even my husband had to acknowledge that it was pretty awesome. One factor I also really like was the aromatic application. It diffused the EO's very nicely but since it's glass and all you need is water, I can change a clean the bowl regularly.

I really enjoy this humidifier for its beauty and effectiveness, so I was super disappointed when it stopped misting. I initiated a return, but then found out it was the water I used the last time I filled it (bottled drinking water that was distilled) that apparently caused it to stop. It needs tap water or added minerals to work properly. As you can see in the video, it works just fine now with the proper water. (Have to figure out how to cancel the return!) It's easy to clean and fill. The only drawback is the stand. It works, but it could be more stable and a better fit for the bowl. The lights can be set to change color, to stay on one color, or be turned off completely. The sound of the water fountain is soothing. I love that the bowl is glass instead of plastic, for aesthetics and impact on the environment. It's functional and decorative, adding a unique bit of ambiance to a room. Use common sense when choosing where to place it, ie: not where children or pets are likely to knock it over.

i was so excited to find this product! i had one as a young child and it was my favorite. When the product first arrived, it functioned great. super pretty colors, nice light setting functions, and created a nice constant mist (works great as a diffuser). the problem: Ive had this product for just over 4 months, and the mist doesnt work anymore. if i try to turn it on, the light starts flashing on and off (like a strobe light) until i unplug the power cord. it does this every single time i try to turn the mist on, which stinks because I would sleep with the mist going and the lights off. the lights still work, but I already have a few products that do the same light rotation... i got this specifically because i think the mist is so beautiful, and its a unique type of diffuser. Im disappointed because this product was not cheap. But there was no option to add a warranty plan, and it is past the point of being able to return or exchange the item. for the cost, i was expecting it to function a lot longer than 4 months... maybe it is just a fluke accident, and i got a defective product. but, i will say that i wont be spending money on a new machine, as i dont trust that this wont happen a second time. I did love the product while it lasted, though!

I bought this to replace a similar item at the yoga studio where I lead classes. By adding a few drops of essential oils, the aroma combined with the lights and mist help to create an atmosphere that is calm and relaxing. The only thing I would change about this item is the stand: it is made of a top and bottom portion that each each open into an “X” shape and fit together. The screws that secure the hinge of each “X” are fixed (cemented) and cannot be tightened (or loosened). This may or may not be a bad thing, I would just like to have a more solid-feeling hinge for this stand. Even with this observation, I would still recommend this product.

If there were any other options out there for an affordable floor mist fountain by a different manufacturer, I would never have purchased this one just based on the reviews alone. The stand is a piece of garbage, uneven, bolts were different lengths and there is obviously no quality control. BUT, I needed a fogger/mister for my plants and took a chance that I would receive one that actually worked. Well, the first one didn't so I sent it back. It had all the issues I stated above plus I couldn't get the fogger working. I did a TON of research before I bought it - used tap water, threw in some dirt and even mineral water. Still nothing. The replacement was sent right away - Amazon is great for that - and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the stand and bolts were better quality though still a bit uneven. To be fair though, the glass dish is really nice as it was with the original one I ordered. So once I got it put together, I filled it with tap water, added some bottled mineral water which I already had ready to go (tap water alone apparently didn't have enough minerals in it to get the fogger to work) and to my surprise again - it worked! So in conclusion, the concept is great and if there is someone out there willing to make one that is of high quality, I'm first on the list to buy. I gave it 3 stars because i do like it but I also think it's shameful that the manufacturer doesn't listen to its customers and make a better product.
