Can't imagine wheat in a honey fruit product though **Q: Is that the true expiration date in the photo? 10/21?** A: I would say yes that is a best if used by date. Would it be awful to eat after that date? I don't really know. I use this product as marmalade on my toast. It is a preserve like other jams etc. I checked the other jams in my cupboards and they all have best if used by dates on them. **Q: the lid is not opening or turning. how do i open it?** A: I had the same problem. Eventually I had someone open it for me but it wasn’t easy.
