## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I change the saddle? The bolt is too tight. Allen key is not helping at all.**
A: The bolt appears to be fixed in place with Locktite thread locker. You'll most likely need a drill with a 5mm Allen/ hex bit to break it loose.

**Q: What’s the routine maintenance on this?  Do you need to lubricate a chain or anything?**
A: None that I’m aware of. The drive train is enclosed so you can’t get to it.

**Q: I have read that this does not come with a rear cassette cog for gear changing. Is this correct and do i need to buy one?**
A: You don't need to buy one. The gear shifting works internally. It's run by induction I think, not a real gear even though it feels like it. 

Imo this is probably the best trainer you can buy, if you're comfortable at all I think it's a great choice.

The bike comes with everything you need. No additional items are needed except maybe a tablet or computer if you want to connect to something with a screen larger than your phone

**Q: Does this bike tilt based on climbing that you are riding virtually?**
A: No, this bike does not.  The Wahoo version of the smart bike does if I'm not mistaken though.
