Save yourself the trouble and don’t order used laptops from Amazon. I know some people are lucky enough to get good items but, for the past two weeks, I ordered two laptops and both came really badly defective. This MacBook Air has a serious problem. The initial set up was Kay. Then i realized that the seller advertised 1.6GHz dual-core intel i5, but the laptop I I got was 1.1GHz dual-core Intel i3. Then i had to sign out of my apple account to sign in on my son’s account because it was for him. I was willing to accept the weaker processor, but then in the process of singing out it got stuck on recovery mode, and would not get out of it, and the laptop would not turn of even by pressing the power button. I went through the trouble of calling apple support and trying to get it fixed, but apple recommended that i return it; that the problem with the laptop was very serious.

The product was great I’m really happy I was able to find a used product at a great price, it looks brand new:)

Laptop arrived sooner than expected, arrived as advertised, no complaints. Only deducted 1 star because I believe I may have to replace the charger soon.

Product was great. They even updated my Mac book by a year which was amazing. Great at updating and it works fast. Couple of dents in it but totally fine considering it’s been used before. Looks great other than that. Thank you guys

MacBook is in excellent condition and works perfectly. We would buy again.

Laptop looks good physically, however the battery is pretty bad. After two hours of the laptop staying closed and not used it dropped to under half battery after being fully charged.

La verdad pensé que vendría un poco más utilizada o con más ciclos de batería pero la Mac vino prácticamente como nueva, vino con 160 ciclos de batería y literalmente sin ningún tipo de rasguño, hasta me trae una mica de pantalla integrada lo cual se me hace increíble, cabe destacar que no está incluida pero se me hace un detalle hermoso que lo hayan dejado, el cargador es genérico por lo que les recomiendo compraste uno original, en general le doy un 10/10 a la compra.

I am truly not one to leave bad reviews and have always left good reviews, but this is horrific—the products they are selling.1. They are damaged and used.2. The adapter is old, not Mac, and unreliable.3. The computer heats up.4. The vendor is justifying using "renewed" when, in actuality, it is old and used.5. The computer is slow.6. The processor is old and limited; downloading new software takes up most of the memory.7. The past user cannot be erased, so at any time, all your current info can be erased.8. The camera and mic are subpar.9. The keyboard is so worn that pressing return is a challenge.Sellers should clearly mark it as USED and provide accurate images, as a computer is more than just a device—it is an essential tool for many. Time lost to misrepresentation is more than an inconvenience; it professionally paralyzes individuals, causing unnecessary disruption and setbacks. Customers have the right to accurate information—that is the law and the foundation of ethical business.
