Disappointing
The only reason I ordered this particular style and outer colour of pen was because it clearly stated that it had a blue cartridge. It didn't. It was a black cartridge. I gave seller feedback via amazon requesting they send me a blue cartridge as advertised. I have not heard anything back. The pen itself is ok, if a bit cheap looking, but it was only £12.95. Disappointed that Cross, whom I have previously viewed as a high end brand, should have let their standards of product and customer service slide so badly. As a fan of nice pens, I will not buy from them again, even when I'm ready to buy a more expensive pen as I do from time to time.

Abrí la caja y o sorpresa que bolígrafo tan bien hecho es de resina brillante color azul me gustó mucho es sencillo pero elegante, elegante y moderno no le pide nada a ningún bolígrafo lo recomiendo al 100% antes de que me llegara dude pero cuando llego es esas sorpresas que te alegra el día ! Lo recomiendo totalmente
