3M Scotch Permanent Double-Sided Tape (Linerless) is a self-wound, transparent, unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) film coated with adhesive on both sides. Review: Repeat buy on this tape as I wanted to stock up at a good price. First buy has been great for paper crafting but also for everyday use. Stickiness and adhesive holding is just right. It is thick and sturdy enough to hold but still cuts off easily from the roll. It is clear which helps in areas where you dont want it showing but you can still see on surfaces like glass. If you position it wrong, on non-paper surfaces, it does come off cleanly with minimal residue. As you would expect, repositioning on paper does cause some tearing but not too bad if done carefully. The multipack size is great for heavy use and to have in multiple places in the house.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this tape acid free?**
A: The packaging states, "Safe for color photos" and "Photo-safe determined in accordance with ISO Standard 18916" and "Conforms to ASTM D-4236."  I am using my double-sided tape for family albums and feel confident my albums will last many, many years to be passed down to great-great grandchildren.

**Q: Is it 600 inches total or 600 inches per dispenser?**
A: I have the package right in front of me.  It states 6 rolls 1/2 inch by 500 inches for a total of 3000 inches.  This a great buy for a great product.

**Q: Does this have protective paper on one side that I have to remove?**
A: I use this tape all the time. Only the first 6 inches or so have a protective film. Once you remove it, it’s just the double side tape. It’s a little tricky to remove the protective film but it gets easier w practice.

**Q: Does this tape stretch? I'm trying to find a replacement for another double sided tape that's sort of rubbery and has no stiff plastic sheet.**
A: I do not think this tape stretches like you want. It is intended to be a permanent tape with no give.

Excelente cinta doble cara, el aplicador que tiene cada uno evita que se pegue con otros elementos ya que está cinta no tiene el clásico papel o celofán que cubre la otra cara
