Arteck - This is just GARBAGE! I love your keyboards and mice, but this Nano USB reciver is neither universal nor working at all! (1) I had to online search for the manual which should have been sent with the receiver! (2) But even after painstakingly following the instruction, neither your own mouse nor the keyboard will connect, despite the fact that none of them is in the exclusion list! Shame on you - You have to do better than that! Summary: Don't buy this mediocre non-functional product!

Super tight fit, almost too tight. Instructions are wrong, at least for my keyboard. I have a Arteck HW305-3 which is wireless only. NONE of the pairing options in the instructions worked. I almost gave up, ready to return the replacement dongle AND the keyboard (still under warranty) until I had one-last-gasp try and pressed ESC+WHAT? There is nothing on the key except an icon (shown in the picture). Pressing ESC and holding, and then pressing the pictured key finally caused the light to blink. Which it did for about a second or two then it paired. I would have given this dongle five stars if 1) The instructions included my keyboard, and 2) the fit wasn't so tight that I feel like I am going to break it or my laptop's port when removing. That happened to me once on a Raspberry Pi 5 USB3 port with another super tight fit dongle (not this one). It removed the blue tab in the port and was stuck in the dongle. Tighter than looser fit is always good with anything you do not want to lose, and want a good connection and I respect that, and appreciate it too. But TOO tight can be a risk to the port. Also, I included a pic of the dongle's info (using USBDeview) in case you are looking for it in a busy device manager.

I purchased the Arteck HW086 Wireless Keyboard, MW162 Wireless Mouse and this is a combination package so you get both when you buy it. I loved using this mouse and keyboard because it is quality built, ergonomic and compact, everything I needed! However, I had lost my USB receiver which was VERY upsetting since I could no longer use this mouse and keyboard, what a waste! I was so happy to find out that Arteck sells this replacement USB Receiver and it works perfectly so now I can use my devices again, thank God! Thank you Arteck for doing this when many other companies which make keyboards and mouse do not sell you replacement USB Receiver and let's face it, the Receiver is so small and so easy to lose every company should be as considerate as Arteck!
