Best curry spices ever!
These are by far the best curry spice mixes and so easy! I love them all. Yesterday, I tried the Biryani for the first time and it was delicious. I thought the rice might become stodgy but despite having to add water twice it was cooked perfectly. I notice one review mentioned cooking the meat for an hour before adding the rice for a further 20 minutes. I make most of my curries with chicken and it would have been horribly overcooked this way. I just cooked the chicken slowly in the sauce for about 15 minutes and then added the rice for 20 minutes. It was perfect with some of the lovely dal, cucumber raita and lime pickle. I can't recommend this product enough!

The Best Curry meal kits
This product is so good I have purchased it many times. The curry mixes are all absolutely delicious and authentic. The instructions are easy to follow. The whole thing is packaged beautifully and I have given the Bang Bang boxes to people as birthday/Christmas p;resents.

Expensive for what it is, but very tasty
The Bang curry range is quite expensive for what it essentially is - i.e., a sachet of blended spices, which with a bit of trial and error you might be able to recreate by yourself. You need to consider that you have to buy all the base ingredients as well (coconut milk, meat/veg, onions, etc.). However, the taste of the Bang spice mixes I've so far tried is really good; the flavour feels authentic and very different from regular store-bought curry pastes and sauces. I also like the fact that I'm not consuming the sugars and preservatives that are often added in copious amounts to many other ready-made curry products. I ordered this multi-pack because I was keen to try out all of Bang's range, and would recommend it to those who like making their own curries.

Good
I normally do curry from scratch but bought this set to see if it would make a good present for son. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice flavours, easy to use. I did add a few extras but overall I would recommend if you don't want to buy loads of spices you might not use often

Tasty, easy-to-make curries
Beautifully packaged, with clear instructions, these eight different curries make flavoursome dishes easy to prepare. They are versatile and can be altered by the addition of extra ingredients to the sauce (tomatoes, cream etc.). As someone who usually prepares curry spices from scratch and will happily spend a couple of hours in the kitchen to make sure everything is right, I was initially sceptical of how good these would be (might they be bland? lack subtlety? be generic 'curry powder' type concoctions?), but they are good. Although they claim to be quick, the claimed half an hour from prep to table isn't long enough if using something like cubed lamb or mutton, but even so, they are ready in well under an hour; if you're using chicken, prawns or paneer, they are ready that soon.
