How long do these take to start working?

I'm not a coffee drinker so I take 2 when I wake up. For me...it takes about 15 minutes and I'm ready to smile at people. Lmao😂 They also don't cause a caffeine crash like coffee sometimes does. Oh...and they help with tension/migraine headaches. (Sorry for the long winded answer...I think my caffeine kicked in..lol) Hope this helped!

Isn't this too much caffeine and is it easy to split a tablet into quarters? 200 mg is too much for me. A typical cup of coffee has only about 100 mg.

200 mg is too much for me also. I split them in half, but they don’t break easily or evenly. That’s my only complaint about them. I told them this in my review. Maybe they will consider making a lower strength tablet.
