20V MAX* Lithium Battery, 2-Pack (PCC680LP)

These are getting harder to find. Buy them while you can.

Great batteries. I use my Porter tools all of the time and thus am charging all of the time. These extra batteries come in handy all of the time. They work with my five Porter tools and make projects so much easier.

Good tradeoff between weight and amount of charge. Some third parties offer P-C "compatable" batteries at a lower price but real P-C batteries have worked well for me since the introduction of the 20v tools.

Both batteries were defective, they looked new but did not charge, had no volts and the code that shows that they are defective was beeping

The 20V lithium battery has plenty of reserve (1.5 Ah) for most jobs using PC 20V lithium tools. The exception may be PC's reciprocating saw, the Tigersaw, which, I understand, is an energy hog. (I'll find out soon, as I just ordered the saw.) The EX battery with 4.0 Ah may be more suitable for big jobs and power demanding tools. For my drill and impact driver, the 20V battery is more than adequate. The battery is compact and well balanced for the tools. What doesn't make sense is Amazon's price for the 2-Pack batteries at $147.56, or $73.78 each, when the single battery is $60.78. So, beware of their pricing. Even at $60.78, the battery is quite pricey, and would have garnished 5-stars if wasn't so expensive.

So happy to have bought these. So far they keep charge well, very useful to have 2 extra batteries always available.

A good improvement of the Black Celled batteries i use my impact and drill all the time and i can see a noticable difference between the two. if you porter cable came with the Black housed batteries these are great for extras/replacements i now have 6 of these and only 2 of the black housed. a great buy for the advantage you gain.

I bought these batteries along with the 18 volt oscillating tool.. and I was not happy .... I was ecstatic!!!!! These guys and gals at porter cable are fantastic tool builders. The oscillating tool is simply amazing. The battery lasts forever and the tool cuts through wood and steel like butter. I installed 15 interior decorative doors and this tool was just fantastic!!! Better than Dewalt . Better than Rigid. Better than Makita. Buy it. It is an amazing price and the tool is built very solid. WOW.....By the way I am serious DIY person. So, I know my tools.... Excellent price, these batteries last forever.

Have had these for many months and have used them on some very heavy duty Reno projects. They have held up well and remain strong in spite of the heavy workouts that I have put them through. Highly recommended.

I contract for a living and purchased my Porter-Cable drill/driver set over a year ago. The 20V system out lasts and out torques my partners more expensive M18 Milwaukee set. I am extremely pleased with it and looking for more Porter-Cable 20V tools. Best bang for your buck.
