A must have for everyone
These glasses have made a difference to my eyes from day one. I usually have to work on my laptop after sunset and these work so great to block the harmful blue light. My eyes feel rested and much less strained at the end of the day. A must have!!

The Blue Ray Disruption
I consider myself aware and notice how sitting in bright light at my workplace, for 2.5 hours after sunset affects my melatonin production, which over the course of time affects serotonin levels in the brain as well and promotes mood disorders. Delayed sleep also causes more oxidative stress in the body and leads to lifestyle disorders. After a careful study of available options on Amazon, I opted for Spectra479 Blue Blocking Amber glasses. I was convinced that their research backed product blocks not only 75% of the light that inhibits melatonin production, but does a wonderful job of blocking 99.9% of the same. After testing the product with LED light exposure, CFL light exposure as well as digital screens, I am more than satisfied and these glasses will be my all time buddy for life.

Love the early delivery. Just receivd so too early for a full review.However its pleasant for use with laptops & readable devices. Will review in detail after night use. Post usage of almost four months- Can't sleep without this Can't tolerate blue light at all Computer working is a boon now. Overall5/5.
